Lori is the founder and proud owner of North Okanagan Skin & Laser and has been for over 15 years. She has been in Medical Aesthetics since 2006 and found her passion for skin care while working for a Dermatologist as a Skin and Laser Specialist. She gained invaluable experience and knowledge while assisting the doctor during medical procedures and working as a Laser Technician under his direction and training.
Lori is trained in the Pastiche Method of Advanced Skin Analysis, Micro-Needling, Advanced Aesthetic Laser treatments, CoolSculpting and is also a highly skilled Permanent Makeup Artist with clients from all over BC and Alberta. She has performed over 2500 Permanent Makeup procedures and her experience in the industry has gained her a loyal clientele who trust her ability and refer their family and friends. Her vast knowledge and years of experience in clinical skin care sets her apart from others in the industry, Her passion for helping people look good and feel great shows as she delivers treatments of the highest quality in a professional, caring manner. Lori thrives on continually educating herself in this exciting and ever growing industry and is dedicated to providing excellent results by offering individualized care to each client.
Medical Director
Dr. Kainth brings over ten years of experience as a Family Physician and completed her professional training at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Her passion for both medicine and skincare started at very young age. She believes that healthy skin is one of the most important factors in aiding one’s confidence. Her philosophy on injectables is to provide subtle enhancements to bring out her clients’ natural beauty and help them look and feel their best.
After moving to the Okanagan in 2016 with her family, Dr. Kainth has fallen in love with the balanced lifestyle that British Columbia has to offer. When she’s not working, you can find her on a yoga mat, exploring creative arts, or spending time with her two dogs, Bella and Neo!
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), Aesthetic Injectables Specialist, & Aesthetic Clinical Educator
Marissa has specialized in aesthetic medicine since 2015 and has been trained by some of the most reputable practitioners throughout the world. Marissa prioritizes patient safety and well-being over all else. Coupled with her artistic ability, her patients receive the most safe and effective cosmetic injectable services with outstanding results.
Marissa holds the role of Senior Aesthetic Clinical Educator with Clarion Medical Technologies, supporting BC and Western Canada, and has founded a course for both beginner and advanced injectors. In 2020, she completed her Master’s, specializing in Adult Acute Care from the University of Toronto, and is active on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses.
Certified Nurse Injector & Permanent Makeup Artist
Jenna received her injectables training as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector and holds many other certifications in Medical Aesthetics including several different laser technologies, Permanent Makeup Artist, Micro-Needling, Certified Aesthetician. With her wide array of knowledge in skin care and laser treatments, she is great at recommending the most suitable combination treatments to her clients that will give them the best overall results.
She has a keen eye for detail and participates in numerous continuing educations programs, which ensures all her services are done to the highest standards. Jenna enjoys seeing clients happy and gaining confidence because of the results they see.

Magdalena has decades of experience in the beauty industry, and is certified in a variety of treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Permanent Makeup and Micro-Needling, and more.
Her passion for skin health and attention to detail ensure her clients each receive the best experience and results. Magda also loves educating her clients with prevention techniques and maintenance for radiant skin.
Magda loves nature hikes and walks with her family, gardening and gathering around a bonfire with friends.
Medical Aesthetician & CoolSculpting® Technician
Ashley received her Certified Aesthetician designation in 2007. With over 13 years experience, she has embraced many roles in the beauty industry: She has owned her own day spa, managed a medi-spa and played a large role in the start up of a resort spa. She brings an incredible amount of experience and knowledge to NOSL.
In the clinic, you’ll find her providing CoolSculpting® treatments along with many of our other treatments. She loves the close connections she makes with her clients.
Ashely is a super mom to 3 boys and brings her warm and sunny disposition with her wherever she goes. She is a wonderful part of our NOSL family.

Josee has come to us from Alberta with 6 years of experience in both Medical Aesthetics and Esthetics.
Having graduated MC College in 2017, she obtained Honours, the Creative Scholarship and Frank Cairo Award for dedication and integrity. She is most passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through analyzing, educating, and providing high quality treatments. Josee prioritizes education to ensure her clients are receiving the best care and optimal results. Her certifications include Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, and Chemical peels among many others. She prides herself in creating a comfortable environment for her clients so that they leave feeling refreshed and renewed. When not working, she enjoys adventurous hikes with her husband, quiet time with her cats and snacks by the TV.
Client Care Co-Ordinator & CoolSculpting® Technician
Michele’s passion for skin care, her product knowledge, and her amazing customer service garnered her two very prestigious COSA (Cosmetics Outstanding Service Awards). This award recognizes the dedicated work of industry professionals in Canada, and Michele is one of only two people to win this award twice!
Michele has earned her CoolSculpting Certification since joining our team and has taken on the role of CoolSculpting Team Lead. She is very passionate about helping others feel great about themselves and loves working closely with all her clients. Client Care Co-Ordinator
Jill is one of our welcoming receptionists here at NOSL. Professionally she has over 12 years of Administration experience, with the majority being in the financial industry. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with her clients. She loves working alongside a great team helping our clients look and feel their best!
Jill moved from Alberta to the beautiful Okanagan with her family in 2019. She enjoys being a volleyball mom, paddleboarding, E-biking, and spending time at the beach.
Client Care Co-Ordinator
Brooklyn is one of the friendly faces that will welcome you into NOSL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UBC in 2021. With a strong chemistry and biology background she takes a unique interest in how medical grade skin care and treatments contribute to improved skin health.
As a huge advocate for self-care Brooklyn enjoys working with a team that helps their clients achieve results that leave them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Outside of work she loves to spend quality time with friends and family, hike in the mountains, go boating on the lake and gain new experiences.
