Will I need more than one session?
PicoSure Pro takes multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. The exact number will vary depending on tattoo size, density of the pigment and the age of the tattoo. What does downtime and post-care look like?
You won’t need to take any recovery time after tattoo removal; however, the treated area will likely be tender for a couple of days.
Take 24hrs before soaking or bathing. Avoid hot tubs and swimming pools until the treated areas are completely healed.
After three to five days of ointment and dressing the area can be left open to the air but sunscreen must be applied to the area to prevent damage and scaring.
